Business loans are not subject to the Consumer Credit Act or regulated by the FCA.
Are there any other fees or hidden charges?
If an arrangement fee is charged it will be clearly highlighted in the loan offer. These can range between 0 and 7% depending on which lender funds your loan, the business risk profile and the personal credit history of the principals of the business.
There are no early repayment fees, just one simple interest rate.
Interest rates vary from 1.5% per month to 4% per month (18% to 48% pa)
Interest is accrues daily which means you only pay for each day you have the funds.
For example a business on a 3% monthly rate would only pay £1 per day for every £1,000 they had outstanding.
What happens if I miss repayments?
Our funders do their best to lend responsibly and encourage you to ensure you can afford repayments before taking a loan.
However, if circumstances change and you have difficulty making repayments, get in touch with your account manager. They will try to help you get back on track.
Business Cash Advance
Are there any fees or hidden charges?
There are no arrangement fees and absolutely no hidden fees or charges, ever.
There is no APR as there is no fixed repayment term. Instead there is a fixed charge (called a factor) agreed at the outset, typically between 18% and 34% which will never change. There are no early repayment redemption penalties, no late payment charges.
Technically a Business Cash Advance is not a loan. Rather, your funder purchases you future credit card sales income at a discount.
